NARI (Network of All Rural Institutions) is the Financial and non-financial service provider to SHPIs and NGOs, specially working with SHGs Development with the support from WORSHIP-Social Franchisee of an initiative of Freedom From Hunger an USA based 50 years old international non-profit organisation.
Main objectives of NARI is to provide all kinds of hand hold supports with a life time commitment for SHPIs/NGOs that they could serve well to their SHGs in a meaningful way as well as to maintain their sustainability in the field of development at its door steps.
NARI is to support, guide, giving consultancy and arranging financial inflow for its affiliates, at their door step, that they could be sustainable in long run with up dated information, skills and techniques and serve better to the target groups of the community and develop their organisation and could able to achieve their mission, in a meaningful and professional manner.
A rapid changing world scenario in this sector, it is obvious for an organisation to be more competitive and professional to manage its own entity in long run.
What we do:
a) NARI provides sponsorship for high impact capacity building training for SHPIs staffs to address SHGs in a meaning full way on following issues:
1. Livelihood and Income Generation for SHGs
2. Health and Nutrition
3. Life Skill Development
b) NARI gives management and operational guidance and training to
SHPIs/NGOs staffs and decision makers to make its organisation
more professional and up dated on following:
1. Performance Management
2. NGO Management
3. Fund Rising
4. Proposal Writing
5. Micro Credit
6. Computer Accounting, Tax, Law, FCRA
7. Documentation etc.
c) NARI provides linkage to various National & International Donour and Funding Agencies and Govt. Departments with local SHPIs/NGOs for Project Funding and training sponsorship.
What we have:
a) We have very highly qualified well paid a team of professionals relating to the above field.
b) We have 2 well decorated rented office cum training centre with well
accommodations and all modern equipments such as computers, Laptops, printers, photo copiers etc. at a very business place at Bardhaman for South Bengal and at Siliguri for North Bengal.
c) We also have a lodging and boarding facilities of 25 participants at
Bardhaman.
How we work:
Step1. We make an in-depth analysis of information and data provided by SHPs/Ngos in particular format provided by us and interview there after with the key person of this organisation.
Step 2. We recommend a action plan for one year necessary for the organisation to become self sufficient and sustainable through a MoU
Step 3. Conduct sponsorship training and linkage with various sectors for fund, grants and donations for nationally and internationally.
Step 4. Regular follow up and Feed back.
Step 5. Evaluation and up gradation
